Yes, we love your furry friends as much as we love you! We've even got a fenced-in dog run on site, so you don't have to stand in the median while Fido does his thing.
Is there covered/reserved parking?
Yep! We include [1] parking spot with your lease at no additional charge, and when you're a resident, there's one with your name on it.
How many homes are at Blue Dot Place?
We've got just 33 homes, and we think that's something special. Our boutique size means a close, connected community where you're more than a door number. Here, you're someone we know and love.
Where is Blue Dot Place located?
We're right downtown on South Nevada Avenue, within walking distance of community favorites like COATI Food Hall, Loyal Coffee, and boutique fitness studios Cycology and One Body. We even have a partnership with Fit 365 downtown, giving you gym access within walking distance for only $50. And that's just a taste…We're proud to be surrounded by tons of locally owned restaurants, shops, and businesses.
What's nearby (dining, trails, transit)?
Plenty! You're within walking distance of Shooks Run Park, America the Beautiful Park, and Acacia Park, which hosts free concerts all summer. It's an easy bike ride to a Switchbacks game, or really anywhere downtown. And even though you're right in the heart of the city, you can go from sidewalk to trailhead in under 15 minutes. Cheyenne Cañon and Palmer Park are our favorites.
